Welcome to Nadees Bengaluru, By accessing, browsing or placing an order through our official website www.nadees.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Nadees Bengaluru (the "Seller") governing all online transactions and interactions conducted through our platform. We recommend reviewing these terms carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
Warranty : At Nadees Bengaluru, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, warranty coverage is applicable only to specific products and is not automatically included with every item. To determine whether a product is eligible for warranty, please refer to the respective product listing at the time of purchase. If the individual product description clearly states that warranty coverage is provided, the product will be covered. If no such mention is made, the item will not be eligible for warranty.
Please note that warranty claims will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Products that have been misused, altered, or tampered with.

Damage resulting from negligent handling, accidents or improper use.

Natural wear and tear, including issues such as fabric fading, color changes or material deterioration due to regular use or environmental exposure.
Note : We encourage all customers to carefully review the product details prior to purchase.
Order Acceptance and Pricing : When you place an order through the Nadees Bengaluru website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Upon receipt of your order, Nadees Bengaluru will review it and confirm acceptance, at which point a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Nadees Bengaluru. The final price of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be confirmed once your order is accepted.
Please note that all orders placed by the customer are final and cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within one hour of placing the order. This allows us to process your request before we begin shipping or preparing your order for dispatch. After this one-hour window, cancellation will no longer be possible, as we may have already started the shipping process or arranged the order for fulfillment.
Note : Nadees Bengaluru reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity or if there is an issue with product availability.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items : We are committed to ensuring that you receive the right products in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the relevant process below.
Important Notice Regarding Product Unboxing and Replacements :
Upon receiving the product, it is mandatory to record a video before opening the package. The video must clearly capture the entire unboxing process from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully revealed. This video is essential for the following reasons:

In case an incorrect item is delivered, the video will serve as proof for initiating a replacement.

If the product is received in a damaged condition, the video will help validate the claim and facilitate a replacement.
Please note that failure to provide a complete unboxing video may result in the denial of replacement requests.

If a return is necessary for damaged items, we will inform you to proceed with returning the item. If a return is not required, you should not courier the damaged product back to us. Returns are accepted only for specific products, as communicated by our support team.
If a return is approved : You must courier the item yourself to our official return address. We do not provide pickup services for damaged returns. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid additional damage. We are not responsible for any further damage caused by improper return packaging. After we receive and verify the item, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Note : If you incurred courier charges, share the courier receipt with us. Upon verification, we will issue a gift card equivalent to the courier cost, redeemable on your next purchase from our website.

Incorrect Items : If you receive an incorrect product, please follow the process outlined below: Record a full unboxing video, starting from the unopened package to the final reveal of the product. This video is mandatory to initiate a claim. Email the unboxing video along with your order details to sales@nadees.com.
Once our team verifies that an incorrect product was delivered, We will arrange to send the correct product to you at no additional cost.
You are required to return the incorrect product by courier at your own expense. Please ensure the item is safely and securely packed to prevent any damage during transit, as we do not provide doorstep pickup for such returns.
After dispatching, kindly share the courier receipt with our support team. Upon successful verification, a gift card equal to the courier charge will be issued. This gift card can be used during your next purchase on our website.
Note : After we receive your returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it to confirm that;

The returned item matches the original delivered product.

It has not been used, swapped with an old item or tampered with.

It is in a resellable condition.
After completing the verification process, our team will either approve or reject the replacement request based on the findings.
Please note that once you return the product, our team will require 2 to 4 working days to inspect it. After the inspection, the delivery of the replacement product will take an additional 5 - 10 working days.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions : We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities.
