CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nadees Bengaluru, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We understand that on occasion, you may need to cancel an order.

Customers may cancel their order within one hour of placing it. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, as the order may have already entered the processing or dispatch stage.

To request a cancellation, please email us at sales@nadees.com, mentioning your order number and contact details.Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method and will be processed within 10 working days.

Note : Nadees Bengaluru reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion if irregularities or unauthorized activity are detected during the payment process. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and the customer will be notified promptly.
